Kindermusik with Katie wants your child’s Kindermusik experience to be exceptional! So we offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

If you are not satisfied with your Kindermusik experience after 3 classes, we will refund all your money minus the price of the Kindermusik Home Materials, which are yours to keep.

 

Refunds

If you have an unplanned withdraw from Kindermusik with Katie, a refund for the tuition only, may be issued, determined on a case by case basis. The home materials are yours to keep and enjoy!

 

Demo Class

Free Demo Classes are available at scheduled times throughout the semester. Please contact Katie at 317-522-7239 for more details.

 

Cancellation Policy

In the event of inclement weather, if Lawrence Township schools are cancelled, then Kindermusik with Katie classes will also be cancelled. A make-up date will be set for missed classes. Please call at 317-522-7239 if you are unsure if your class is cancelled.

 

Make-Up Classes

If your child misses a class due to a planned absence or sickness, I am happy to arrange a make-up class. Please let me know in advance if you have a planned absence.
